•BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] * Napier, Wednesday. The hearing of a charge against Thomas Frederick Moore and Mary Ann Mills, of being concerned in the death of Lottie Ancell, who died under suspicious circumstances in Moore's shop, at Waipawa, in October last, commenced at the Supreme Court to-day. It is alleged Moore administered something to deceased with a view to procuring abortion, and that she died as the result. The case is expected to last two days.
