MORGAN SHIPPING TRUST.

ANOTHER DEAL. By Telegraph.—Press Association—Copyright, London, February 9. Mr. Morgan's shipping trust ha* concluded an agreement with the French Trans-Atlantic Company, similar to that made with the North German Lloyds Co.

A working agreement, running over a tern of years, was recently concluded between tha Morgan Combine and the two jjreat Gorman companies. namely, the 2Nordd©utscher-< Lloyd and the Hamburg-American Companies. It is understood that tho terms of the agreement have regard to freight and passenger rates in tho American trade, the preferential railway rates enjoyed by German companies in respftot of German imports and exports in the Levant and African trade, making it impossible for the agreement with Mr. Morgan to go beyond passender and freight rates to and from Europe and America.
