Mr. Copeland, Agent-General foi New South Wales, speaking at the Edinburgh Chamber of Commerce dinner, said that colonial representation in the Imperial Parliament wag at present absolutely impossibleAustralians would not allow half-a-dozen representatives to commit them to a particular policy until the whole people had been consulted.
