(Received February 5, 12.52 a.m.) London, February -4. Lord Onslow, speaking at Glasgow, declared that the idea of an Australian navy was noticeable in certain quarters of Australia. He hoped that wiser counsels would prevail. If the Australians wished representation and asked to be admitted to Britain's •counsels he could answer for the sort of reception they would receive at the hands of the Government. (Cheers).
