F, Bond wrote resigning the secretaryship, and Mr. Chalmers was appointed to the position. a vole of thanks was t passed to Mi*. Bond for his past services. The third round will commence on January 31, when the Arawas will play the Eangatlrrts. Ort February 7 Blade's will play Bangatiras, and on the: 14th Arawas Will play Blade's. A lett was read from the secretary of the watteIlii kauri club proposing a, match at Easter. The secretary was instructed to reply that the committee were . endeavouring to arrange matches in Auckland at that time.
