ALARMING BUSH FIRE.

The township of Landsborough is in grave danger of being swept away by a bush fire, which has been raging round the place for two days. A detachment of police has been sent to rescue the women ami children and to assist, in fighting the fire. (Received September 15, CM a.m.) Brisbane, September 14. The danger to Landsborough has been averted. A wide area between Nambour and Gjtnpi* is on lire, and the township of Durundur is enveloped.
