GERMAN EDUCATION AND TRAINING.
By Telegraph.—Press Association.— (Received September 11, 10.47 p.m.) London, September 11. Professor Dewar, addressing the British Association for the Advancement of Science at Belfast, declared that Germany was two generations ahead of Britain in general education, training and specialised equipment.
