REBELLION IN MOROCCO.
.—_-». — SERIOUS SITUATION. By Telegraph.—Press Association.— Morocco, September 9. A serious situation has arisen here. The Kabyle tribesmen near Mequing have risen in rebellion against the Sultan of Morocco. A force of 7000 troops has been despatched from Fez against the Kabyles.
