A WAR MEMORIAL.
[BY TELEGRAPH.— PRESS ASSOCIATION*.] Tijiaiux, Wednesday. At the meeting of the Troopers' Memorial Committee last night it was reported that the funds in sight were about £335. It was decided to ask assistance from the local Patriotic and More Men Funds Committees, if necessary, and to invite competitive de-
signs for a memorial not exceeding £500 in cost. A meeting of subscribers is to be called to select a site.
