TELEGRAPH INTERRUPTIONS.
[by telegraph.— association-.] ; , Gisborne, Thursday. A good deal of inconvenience has been caused by breaks in the telegraph wires, and linemen have had a rough time out in tne snow making 'repairs:-' It will be about a week before the repairing work is completed. Communication with jNapier was interrupted after eleven o'clock on Wednesday night. To-day the wire was working well. r > j--
