HAD CATARRH FOR FIVE YEARS.
AFTER OTHER REMEDIES FAILED SCOTT'S EMULSION EFFECTED A CURE. . ' .' , .
For all of the chronic affections that result from taking cold, there is no remedy, so effectual as that which is mentioned "in the following letter: — . ..,,...; ,',..' ,
"Ravenshead House, St. Helens, . . .:"Lancashire, England, ""'"'' > "October 9, 1900. Dear Sirs,— have been suffering from nasal catarrh for about five years, and always seemed to have a cold. Every morning I had a severe fit of sneezing, which was intensely disagreeable. I tried very many remedies, but nothing did me any good I was advised to try; Scott's Emulsion, and am very, thankful I did so. From the time J. commenced the use of your preparation 1 felt I was deriving benefit. My chest became stronger, ; and -all my unpleasant and distressing symptoms gradually disappeared. I may say I have given ,Scott's Emulsion a good trial and the results have been entirely satisfactory, having quite lost my old comcatarrh—and to Scott's Emulsion I give the credit of my present satisfactory state of health, baring taken no other medicine since I commenced its use. I found it very pleasant to Faithfully yours,
" (Signed) Rout. G. Ridgkway."
In the majority of cases, it is unnecessary to allow weak tendencies to continue " nt »l , they develop into chronic '"ailments. .Scott s Emulsion is just what is needed to strengthen the system so that weakness is overcome through the natural processes of .Nature. It stimulates the appetite, '• benefits digestion, and nourishes .the . weakened system back to strength and vitality as no other remedy can do.
When taking Scott's Emulsion, the patient does not realise he is taking cod-liver oil. because Scott's Emulsion is so palatable and no disturbances of digestion follow taking •it. j Scott's Emulsion: is far superior to the plain _ cod-liver oil, because it is palatable, and does not tax digestion. • That cod-liver oil contains meritorious properties ■ cannot bt> disputed by anybody, and in order to derive the greatest benefits from these properties, the oil should; be taken in the form of Scott's Emulsion, which may easily be distinguished from other preparations by our trade mark of a man holding a big fish over his shoulder. . -. .
\ou can obtain a sample of Scott's Emulsion by sending fourpence to Scott and Bowue, Limited, 483, i Kent-street, Sydney, and mentioning this paper. All chemists sell Scott's Emulsifin. "'
