NOTICE IS'HEREBY-GlVEN'that for the purpose. of regulating heavy trafflo so far as the same refers -to the: carting ;iof- stone., earth, road metal, scoria', ash, coal, bricks, meat, timber, or minerals upon any of the roads within the boundaries of the Mount* Albert' Road - Board, it is proposed to make* by-laws providing, inter alia, that owners' of vehicles' having tires of the width of tourand one-half inches or over engaged in suctf trafflo shall pay a yearly license of Five" Pounds and that such owners for vehicle* so engaged having tires under four and.! one-half inches in width shall .nay a yearly-' license fee of Ten Pounds.
