London, June 25. Reuter's Agency states that at the time of the collision between a British steamer and a German tor-pedo-boat, the latter was following a yacht race. Five of the crew were drowned. Four Englishmen were also aboard, including the Hon. Robert Guinness, who accompanied his father, Lord Iveagh and Sir Edward Birkbeck, Chairman of the Royal National Lifeboat Institution. All were saved.
