ON AND AFTER T iIIS D AY J™ 26, THE NEW ZEALAND HERALD Will be sold and delivered in town and suburbs at the price of ■ ONE PENNY. The history of the HEEALD has been one of steady, rapid, and constant progress in every department since it came into the possession of the present Proprietors, more than a quarter of a, century ago. The change in price has been made in accordance with the spirit of the times, and to bring the HERALD into line with all the other journals of these Colonies. It will hereafter be sold at the price to which the Public are accustomed .in every city throughout Australasia. There will be no alteration in the size of the paper, and there will be no curtailment of the news. It will still bo continued as the - largest daily paper in the Colony. Features of great interest will he introduced into the HERALD, so as to increase its popularity in town and country. The large addition which will certainly take place to the circulation will still further enhance the value of the HERALD as an advertising medium.
