Tho Christchurch walker, L. Blood, has announced . his intention to walk 20 miles against time, the course to be fi m Rangiora post office to tho Christchurch Hospital, for a wager of £10, put up by a Christchurch resident. Blood undertakes to cover the distance in under three hours and a-half, and the last half-mile, during which he may be paced by his brother, is to be walked in sm.
