The Native Guano Co., Limited, of London, have issued a pamphlet containing the 26th series of reports received from farmers, gardeners, nurserymen, and others who have used native guano in their fields and gardens, testifying to the fertilising properties of this sewage manure. Those testimonials extend to sixty-four pages, and come from all parts of England, the Channel Islands, Wales, and Scotland, while they refer to a very large variety of crops which were benefited by its application as regards yield, quality, and economy. The directors of the company iuvite co-operation in extending the use ot the ABC process, which it: is pointed out would lie subserving, not only the direct interests of landowners', farmers, and others, hut also the welfare of Hie community at large. The multiplication of works for the treatment of selvage by this system would not only )jnprove the sanitary condition of towns hut the manure being produced in proximity to farms would not have its cost augmented by carriage charges.
