A GERMAN MURDER TRIAL.
By Telegraph.—Press Association.— (Received May 2, 12.37 a.m.) Berlin, May 1. The lie-trial of Sergeant Marten Hickel by the Court of Appeal for shooting Captain Von Krosigk, resulted in an acquittal. The case in several phases has been before the German Courts for months and created a large amount of interest.
