A CHINESE RAILWAY.
By Telegraph —Press Association.—Copyright. London', April 30. The British Minister at Pekin, Yuanshikai, Viceroy of Chili, and Huynfen, of the Imperial Council, have signed an agreement defining the conditions of restoring to China on June 1 the railway from Shanhaikwan to Tientsin and Pekin.
