The Magistrate to-day gave his decision in a case which sought to prohibit the person charged from entering a hotel in another licensing district. Mr. Kettle dismissed the information, holding that prohibition l applies only to the districts specified in Che order. Sergeant King said another case was pending, and lie would report the ease to headquarters for instructions. An important point was involved, and possibly the police would seek a pronouncement from a higherCourt.
