The report of a committee of fruitgrowers on the Agricultural Department's demonstration orchard at Otahuhu, Auckland, where a test was made of methods of combating the codlin moth, states that practically for commercial purposes the fruit in the orchard ,vas free from moth and that there is no doubt spraying work last year helped considerably to this satisfactory result.
