CHINESE IMPORT DUTIES.
By Telegraph.—Pressi Association.— London, March 5. The proposal of the British-China Association at Shanghai to increase the Chinese import duties to 15 per cent, is meeting with inconclusive support owing to the fear of inability to enforce the abolition of internal duties.
