The Federal Government issue a proclamation to-day that Tattersall, Hobart, is a person to whom letters from any part of the Commonwealth cannot bo delivered after March 31. TIIF CORONATION. (Received February 3, 1.6 a.m. Melbourne, February 2. Mi". Barton has received a despatch summoning him to attend the coronation. He favours every possible honour being shown to the Premiers of the States, but points out that New Zealand has a certain advantage over the Commonwealth States, just as she has over the provinces of Canada.
