By Telegraph.— Association.—

London, January 30. Mr. Ckamberiain says that it is impossible to accede to the request of Mr. See, Premier of New South Wales to place the State Premiers in connection with the Coronation on the same level as Mr. Barton, unless the Federal Ministry recommend it.

THE PROTEST OF AUSTRALIAN STATE PREMIERS. Sydney, January 31.
