REWARDS FOR DISTINGUISHED SERVICE.
TWO NEW ZEALANDERS - HONOURED. ' . (Received January 30, 12.52 a.m.) . London, January 29. The Distinguished Service Order has been conferred on Colonel Royston, of West Australia, fox ability and dash in capturing laagers in the Ermelo district. Distinguished conduct medals have been awarded to Sergeant W. Kent, of the New Zealand Regiment, and Private J. Baigent, of the New Zealand Mounted Infantry.
