A Chnstchurch Tress Association telegram yesterday states that at a meeting of 'Sg,e Council of the League of New Zealand ; Wheelmen Mr. W. G. Atack forwarded ms resignation as representative of the Southland aentre. The resignation was received with regret and it was resolved to place on record the council's appreciation of the great services rendered to the league and sport of cycle racing by Mr. Atack.
