Nordan, a leading . writer in the Vienna newspaper Neue :Preie Presse, in the course of an article says that her tremendous exertions in the Transvaal have strengthened Great Britain's position and that the historical? and racial; ties unite Canada, Australia and Britain in a stronger bond ;of union ; than : any written constitution.
