THE SITUATION.
MORE TROOPS REQUIRED. BOERS WEARYING OF THE STRUGGLE. (Received December 1, 5.3 p.m.) London, November 30. The Times' Pretoria correspondent states that more troops are needed to accelerate the attrition of the Boers. Frequent meetings of the enemy to discuss the situation show they are less pleased with the prolongation of the struggle, and they ought, the correspondent says, be hustled everywhere while in this state of mind.
