THE POST AND TELEGRAPH OFFICERS' ASSOCIA TION.

[BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington*, Tuesday. A conference of delegates from branches of the New Zealand Post and Telegraph Officers' Association, began its sittings in Parliament Buildings to-day. The session will probably occupy the remainder of the week- The following delegates are in attendance :—Messrs. J. C. McCrea and J. W. Salmon (Auckland), A. A. D. MacLaugblin (Napier), L. J. Carmine and A. W. Jones (West Coast, North Island), C. Norris (Yvellington), W. R. Thompson (West Coast, South Island), B. C. Dean and J. Alexander (Christchurch), W. McNickle and G. Worsford (Dunedin). Mr. B. C. Dean was reelected president of the association, and Mr. A. A. D. MacLaughlin, vice-president.
