CANTERBURY JUBILEE MEMORIAL.
[BY TELEGRAPH. — PRESS ASSOCIATION.] | Christchurcii, Thursday. i It was announced at a meeting of the Canterbury Jubilee Memorial Committee j to-day that the statue of the late Queen i may be expected in December. In all £1667 has been subscribed, about £40 less than the estimated cost of the statue in England. It was decided to cable to Mr. Reece, the ex-Mayor, now in England, and to the Agent-General, asking them to select designs for the panels
