THE INVERCRGILL ROCKET EXPLOSION.
[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Inveucargill, Wednesday. The hearing of the charge against Captain McGillivray of killing Mrs. Sneyd by unlawfully firing a signal rocket on the occasion of the return of the Fourth and Fifth Contingents, was concluded at the Police Court to-day. The accused reserved his defence, and was committed to the Supreme Court for trial.
