BREACH OF PROBATION CONDITIONS.

John D!r,yden Wehbe» appeared before Mr. Justice Denniston, charged with committing a breach of the conditions under whioh he was admitted to probation in November last by Mr. Justice Martin, and was sentenced to three years' imprisonment. In the original case accused had pleaded guilty to a charge of theft. Since then he had failed to report himself monthly, and had not kept up the payments ordered.
