6 ' NATIVE LAND COURT.

A large amount of business has been transacted at the Native Land Court at Cambridge (writes our correspondent). A number of successors have been appointed. During the two weeks just past there has been considerable discussion over the boundaries of some of the Maungatautari lands. , On Thursday the Tihoi case will commence, in which about 400 natives from the neighbourhood of Taupo ar« interested, and this case will doubtless last a considerable time. Two fresh Maori gazettes have been issued, and they order about 200 more succession cases to be decided at this Court; in addition, a number of surveyors' liens have to be adjudicated upon.
