ACTION OF THE PROTESTANT FEDERATION". By Telegraph.— Association.— (Received June 28, 10.45 p.m.) • London, June 23. Tee Imperial Protestant Federation, on behalf of 27 organisations, has protested against Parliament altering the King's transubstantiation declaration in the Coronation oath without an appeal to the country: The federation is making strenuous efforts to awaken the nation and is advertising in whole, pages of the chief newspapers reasons against an alteration.
