LIVING IN AN OPEN BOAT ON SHARKS' BLOOD.

Capetown, March 28.—The British ship Andromeda, which arrived here to-day, brings intelligence of a terrible tragedy of the sea. She landed nine men, the survivors of the French barque Psyche, whom she had rescued at sea. The Psyche was bound from Chili for the English Channel. During the voyage she spunk a- leak, and the water made Mich "headway that 0:1 January 30 it became necessary to abandon her in mid-ocean.
