NO EUROPEANS ON BOARD.

London, May 9. In* connection with the tug Ewo incident at Tientsin, it is now stated that the tug had a Chinese crew. As it was passing tinder the bridge the Chinese declined to answer the Gorman sentry, who thereupon fired. No Europeans were on board.
