"SEEMED TO PICK UP WONDERFULLY.
"REGAINING BOTH APPETITE AND WEIGHT, AND NOW LOOKS AS HEALTHY AS EVER." Do you notice children outside of your own home? Are you ever interested in seeing them in the streets .and public places? If you are, just observe how many there are who look delicate and frail. Notice how many children of rich parents there are who do not appear to thrive even with every caie money can provide for them. What is the matter with those delicate children? Of course the answer is easy if one stops to think—but there's the worst of it. People don't stop to really think. Children must have nutrition to provide for _ growth. The amount and quality of food they eat does not always determine health. Something' is wrong with them when they are frail. The tires of life are burning low, and ordinary care and food do not start them up. But this letter shows what will nourish these children back to health again: — "25, Marlborough Road, Small Heath, ''Birmingham, England, June 17, 1899. " Dear Sirs,—Some little time since I was induced through an advertisement to givo your Scott's Emulsion a trial in tho case of my little boy, aged five, whoso appetite failed him, and who appeared to be gradually wasting away. I cannot speak too highly of the results. He took it quite readily, and seemed to pick up wonderfully under its treatment, regaining both appetite and weight, and now looks as healthy as ever. I shall never fail to recommend Scott's Emulsion to all my friends and acquaintances. —Wishing you all the success you deserve, I remain, yours faithfully, " (Signed) J. Valentine." Why not give Scott's Emulsion to your ov/n child if it does not seem to thrive, and see what happens? Your physician will tell you it cannot possibly do any harm, and overwhelming testimony in nearly every country of the civilised world tells of tho good it is doing every clay in the year. _ Children love the taste of Scott's Emulsion, and nobody would imagine ho was taking cod-liver oil. Of all the forms of this oil Scott's Emulsion is by far the best, producing the most favourable results where other preparations fail. In coughs, colds, weak lungs, bronchitis, influenza, loss of flesh and appetite, and all wasting conditions, Scott's Emulsion is most effectual.
