RUSSIAN INTRIGUES. THE PARTITION OF TURKEY. By Telegraph.— Association.— Londox, May 2. The St. Petersburg correspondent of the Times reports that at the instance of General Kouropatkine, the Russian Minister for War, the Secretary of the Military Convention is negotiating for the purpose of giving Russia, in the event of complications, the control of the Servian army. He adds that if Turkey is partitioned. Servia will receive Novi Bazar, in Bosnia, and a portion of Macedonia.
