MILITARY APPOINTMENTS.
By Telegraph.—Press Association.— London, April 30. Sir Archibald Hunter has been appointed Commander of the Forces in Scotland, and General lan Hamilton, who took a prominent part in the South African war, has been appointed Military Secretary to the War Office.
