[OV TELEGRAPH —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] Wellington, Wednesday. It is understood that the Premier will, within a few days, deliver a public address indicating the financial position of the colony and the coming sessional programme. It is still uncertain whether he will go to Australia on Saturday.
