The case wal then adjourned pending the attendance of a witness named Standish. Bountree v. Popoki claim £11 Os 7d, goods supplied. Mr. Swarbrick for plaintiff. Judgment for amount"' and costs £2 Os 6d. Kountree v. WauelwS £5 4s 2d goods supplied.
