THE DECIMAL SYSTEM.
By Telegraph.— Association.—Copyright. London, March 8. In the House of Commons Mi'. Brigg, member for Keighley, suggested the postponement of the issue of the new coinage until the decimal system was introduced. Mr. Balfour thought the country was not prepared for the fundamental change involved.
