London, March 8. Captain A. R. Cob bold, of the King's Own Scottish Borderers, is proceeding to Addisabeba to advise Rasmakonnen, the Emperor of Abyssinia. His generalissimo leader, with 20,000 Abyssinian troops, is co-operating with the British expedition from Bardera, on the Jub River, against the mad. mullah in Northern Somaliland.
