PAEROA NOTES.
[by telegraph.—- OWN CORRESPONDENT.] Paeroa, Tuesday. The Agricultural and Horticultural Show (notice of which appears in tho Herald's advertising columns) promise* to ho very successful this year, especially as the oommittee are working very hard with, that object in view. The list of prizes has been addod to by the inclusion of several novelties, and the two-day show should be a great attraction to residents of Ohinemuri and surrounding districts. .' It is expected that Paeroa's returning troopers from the front will reach here tomorrow. Arrangements have consequently been made to give them a welcome at the Criterion Theatre. / The name of G. Buck by was incorrectly spelled amongst the successful candidates at the recent medical preliminary examinations. Master Buckby is the eldest son of Dr. Buokby, of Paeroa..
