[BY TELEGRAPH.PRESS ASSOCIATION".] Wellington, Tuesday. The programme for the annual meeting of tho New Zealand Rifle Association, which opens at Wanganui on March 21, has been circulated. It is drawn up much on the same lines as the previous year's, but there is a slight increase in the prize money. A Lloyd-Lindsay match, and a match for New Zealand men who have served in South Africa, have becji included. Therewill also 'j be a special mounted rifles tournament of j three competitions, details of which will j shortly be issued. The rifle to be issued is the Martini-Enfield .303 on issue to the New Zealand Defence Force, and no other. At 200 yds all shooting will be standing or .kneeling. Up to, and including the 500 yds range, the prone position will take the place of any position. Beyond 500 yds, any position.
