London, January 14. Li Hung Chang, on behalf of the Emperor, has signed the acceptance of the joint Note of the Bowers.
Count von Waldersee has approved of the proposal of the Chine?e Government that Prince Chun should visit Berlin to apologise for the murder of Baron von Ketteler.
