The Bank of New Zealand, as Agents for the Lyttelton Harbour Board, are prepared to receive Tenders at Christchurch, up to 3 p.m. on FRIDAY, the oOth November, 1900, for the Debentures of the abovenamed Board for the sum of £15,000, being the second instalment of a Loan of £60,000 authorised by Section 4 of the Lyttelton Harbour Board Loan Act, 1897. , The principal and interest of this Loan are secured upon thj Harbour Fund of the Lyttelton Harbour Board, subject to existing charges. The Debentures are for £100 each, payable on the Ist of July. 1929. with Coupons attached for payment half-yearly on the Ist July and Ist January in each year of interest at the rate of £4 per centum per annum.
