Jimmy Governor has been sentenced is} death. In the course of a statement, ha said that while he, his wife, and hit Joe, were talking to Mrs, Mawby and Miss, Kery, they taunted him about his white, wife. He lost his temper, and killed them, but nobody after that. He afterwards »r* ranged to say that his wife and Joe wad not present at the murders. • STARLIGHT, THE BUSHRANGER. Perth, November 23. It has been discovered that a certain Major Pelly, who held, a position, undei the Government Geologist, is identical with Gordon, alias, Starlight, the bushranger.
