THE ALPHA GOLD MINING COMPANY (NO LIABILITY). • Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the abovenamed Company win be held at No. 39, New Zealand Insurance Buildings, Queen-street, Auckland, on TUESDAY, the eleventh day of December, 1900, at 2.30 p.m.. for the purpose considering and. if thought fit, passing the Resolution following:— L That the Directors of the Company are herebv authorised to agree to sell to Alfred Barnes, of Auckland, as a going concern ALL AND SINGULAR the Licenses for a Special Claim. Machine Site, Dam Site, Tunnel Site, and Tip Site, with the rights, privileges, property, machinery, and effects thereto respectively belonging or appertaining, and all other the property and effects of the Company (other than uncalled capital, if any), on condition * that the said Alfred Barnes shall form and register a new Company to be called " The Alpha Gold Mining Company (No Liability)." with rules for the management and purposes of such Company similar to the rules of the existing Company, and with a nominal v capital of Five Thousand Pounds divided into 100,000 Shares of One Shilling each. 2. That the Draft Agreement submitted to this meeting and expressed to be made between the Company of the one part and Alfred Barnes, of Auckland, of the other part, containing the terms and conditions upon which such Company shall be registered, and the rights of the Shareholders of the present Company, and of the new Company, be, and the same is hereby, approved.
