Mr. Seddon has cabled to Mr. Crick, the Postmaster-General, congratulating him on his advocacy of penny postage and sixpenny telegrams, adding that the sixpenny telegrams in force in New Zealand have turned out a magnificent success, the messages having increased 60 aud the revenue 25 per cent.
