THE KING OF SERYIA.
By Telegraph.- Association.-Copyright. Belgrade, July 24. It is announced that King Alexander of Scrvia has been betrothed to Madame Maschin, a lady-in-wait-ing of the German Court. Milan and Nathalie, the ex-King and Queen of Servia, oppose King Alexander's marriage. Milan has resigned his command of the army. King Alexander has placed guards to protect his betrothed, fearing the Government will abduct her. The Servian Government has resigned.
